Voluntary Service is at the heart of our school community. It is through the volunteer efforts of our parents, and the service hours performed by our students, that our community remains cohesive and true to its Mission.
Student Service
All students who attend St. Patrick School in seventh and eighth grades are required to perform 20 service hours before their 8th grade Confirmation. We feel that the gift of time and talent that students share with others will benefit them in surprising ways. These are just a few of the service projects performed by our students.
- “Kids Who Care” food drive
- Lenten Lunches
- Christmas Project (coordinated with Parish)
- Warm Clothing Drive
- Holy Childhood Association
- The Milo Foundation Project
- Quilt Projects for Children’s Hospital
Parent Volunteering
We rely on parental support to provide assistance for many of our school programs. The goal of our Parent Volunteer Program is to equitably solicit volunteer hours from ALL of our school families in order to assist the school in meeting its educational objectives. Performing volunteer hours also entitles families to our participatory tuition levels.
PTG
The Parent-Teacher Group is a “Fun-Raising” and “Fundraising” organization, and is an important bridge between the school and the parent community. It is the perfect opportunity for parents to get involved, volunteer their time, and truly make a difference in their child’s school.
Men’s Club
The Men’s Club began over thirty years ago with the purpose of establishing an endowment fund. It has grown over time to include several dinner events during the school year, along with an annual Golf Tournament. It is a great way for Dad’s to get involved and feel connected to the school.
Mother’s Club
The Mother’s Club was created with the purpose of establishing an atmosphere of support, education, and cultivating friendships for mother’s at St. Patrick School.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is comprised of appointed parents and parish representatives who come together to support and advise our Principal and Pastor in matters relating to the operation of the school. The Board holds monthly meetings that are open to the school community.
