Voluntary Service is at the heart of our school community. It is through the volunteer efforts of our parents, and the service hours performed by our students, that our community remains cohesive and true to its Mission.
Student Service
All students who attend St. Patrick School in seventh and eighth grades are required to perform 20 service hours before their 8th grade Confirmation. We feel that the gift of time and talent that students share with others will benefit them in surprising ways. These are just a few of the service projects performed by our students.
- “Kids Who Care” food drive
- Lenten Lunches
- Christmas Project (coordinated with Parish)
- Warm Clothing Drive
- Holy Childhood Association
- The Milo Foundation Project
- Quilt Projects for Children’s Hospital
Parent Volunteering
We rely on parental support to provide assistance for many of our school programs. The goal of our Parent Volunteer Program is to equitably solicit volunteer hours from ALL of our school families in order to assist the school in meeting its educational objectives. Performing volunteer hours also entitles families to reduced (participatory) tuition levels.
